How to Claim your prize?

For tickets purchased from one of the sales points:

The ticket holder is the rightful owner.

Prizes for ranks (4), (3), and (2) are paid at authorized sales centers after approval from the Operations Center. Prizes for other ranks are paid at centers designated by the Ministry or centers located in the provinces for this purpose.

For tickets purchased through the application or website:

The owner of the account through which the ticket was purchased is the rightful owner of the ticket.

Prizes for rank (4), (3), and (2) are paid to the user's wallet, and the prize amount can be withdrawn through the available withdrawal methods.

Prizes from other ranks are paid at centers designated by the Ministry in all parts of Iraq.

The issued ticket cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled.
